Enrolling in online courses is the same as for a face to face course. Students must first be admitted to the university. See the Office of Admissions

Business Administration, MBA

Alternative Certification of Educators (ACE)
Students with a bachelor’s degree are allowed to complete teacher certification within a year with this program. Students pursuing certification must complete observation, followed by a field experience. They can apply certification credits toward a master's degree if they decide to continue their education.
Instructional Design and Educational Technology, MS
This program is designed for technology and education professionals who work in schools, government, medicine, corporate, and retail. Graduates can look forward to exciting career opportunities in fields such as web design, technology education, multimedia development, and instructional design.
The Master's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Science prepares professionals in the multi-faceted disciplines of athletic performance. These include biomechanics, exercise physiology, leadership/management of sport, motor performance, nutrition, assessment of sport performance, sport psychology, and strength & conditioning. The program provides and supports higher-level knowledge, specialized proficiencies and the development of independent creativity. Thesis and non-thesis options are offered.
The Master's in Reading allows the student to earn a master's degree with the option of applying coursework to two additional certifications: Reading Specialist and/or Master Reading Teacher. The program adheres to the International Reading Association's 2010 Standards for Reading Professionals.
Certificate in Bilingual Education
For those individuals who are already holding an initial teaching certificate, the College of Education offers supplemental teaching certificate preparation in the three certificate areas noted below. Upon completion of the prescribed courses, teaching experience and passing the required TExES content area exam, the student may apply to the State Board for Educator Certification for this certificate.

Writing for Nonprofits Certificate - This program is designed for professionals already working in the nonprofit world and is available to students of any major.
Technical and Professional Writing Minor - This interdisciplinary and flexible minor provides students in all majors with writing experiences, including problem-solving, communications (both online and face-to-face), team work, sensitivity to diversity, and ethical decision making, that will enhance their education and prepare them to meet the demands of professional life, whatever their chosen career path.

RN to B.S. Nursing
Our BSN program instills values, providing the opportunity for further professional growth, specialization and broader ability. We promote the concept of nursing as caring within an environment that allows students freedom and responsibility. More than 70% of the University’s faculty hold a doctoral degree, and our new state-of-the art laboratory is one of the newest and best equipped in Texas.
eLine is the online delivery of the pre-licensure undergraduate nursing program. The eLine track coursework is completed full-time online with the clinical component completed in Texas with a preceptor and/or in a clinical group setting.
eLine Military (eLM) is the eLine track for Texas residents who are active service members of the military and veterans with previous medical experience. With a lap top provided, eLM facilitates access to a full curriculum for a BSN degree and eligibility to sit for an RN license. It allows for college credit based on medical experience while serving in the military.
Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree, DNP
The Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Doctor of Nursing Practice Program is an online part-time post-master’s clinical doctorate for registered nurses interested in expanding their skills as nurse leaders or family nurse practitioners. This program prepares graduates to provide the most advanced level of nursing care for individuals, families, groups and communities.
Family Nurse Practitioner Program, MSN
The MSN Family Nurse Practitioner program prepares RNs to be Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN). After completing the program nurses are eligible to sit for National Certification Exam as a Family Nurse Practitioner. The degree sequence is designed to be part-time to allow our students to work full-time.
Leadership in Nursing Systems, MSN
The Leadership program prepares RNs to influence the quality of nursing care delivered across diverse healthcare settings. Students acquire skills required for formal administrative positions or for staff positions that include project and team leadership. The degree sequence is designed to be part-time to allow our students to work full-time and offered complete online.
Nurse Educator, MSN
The MSN Nurse Educator program is designed for academic or clinical education. RNs will not develop an expertise in a clinical specialty through specialty course work however they are expected to advance their knowledge in their preferred specialty through the educator courses.
Nursing Cooperative Degree, Ph.D.
The TWU-TAMUCC PhD in Nursing Cooperative degree online program supports the development of nurse scholars for academic and research positions. Students must be admitted to the Texas Woman's University-Denton Doctor of Nursing Science program to participate in the cooperative.
